They will grow and maintain sales of commercial laundry products within their assigned regions and partner with the RSMs to bolster business relationships. To further build its team and enhance relationships with customers, Alliance says it is also creating three sales development manager positions that will report to the general managers and lead the company’s teams of regional sales managers (RSM). “It is my hope that, through this alignment, we will strengthen our relationships with customers and further drive their successes,” says Craig Dakauskas, senior vice president of Americas for Alliance Laundry Systems.Īs part of the reorganization, it was announced late last year that Mike Hand will directly oversee the sales team and was promoted to vice president of Americas commercial. The company adds that Susan Peppler has been promoted to director of commercial key accounts. The regions will be headed by general managers, Eric Meyers (Northeast), Ross Van Horne (Central) and Eduardo Fernandes (West Coast,). To streamline operations and better serve customers, the team has been divided into three regions: Northeast, Central, and West Coast, which will include Latin America. Alliance Laundry Systems, a manufacturer of commercial laundry equipment, reports that it has reorganized its North America sales team.
